      Minutes – SRAM NDCXL meeting 28 July 2010 – 8.8 Fred Lambert (FL) asked the committee to clarify whether mtb style bar ends should be permitted in league events. The committee agreed that bar ends and unplugged bars would not be permitted in Youth and Senior events – but allowed in U10 and U12 only. – ACTION: JH to write and inform Commissaires and organisers; MG to put a note onto website.
